A week into chemo

There's really not too much to report.

After the infusion on Friday a week ago, Jim laid low all weekend fighting nausea and sleeping. He takes chemo meds by mouth each day and antinausea meds as needed. He was hoping to go to work on Monday but ended up staying home, then was able to work the rest of the week. Tuesday and Wednesday he came home at lunch, ate a little and slept a couple hours, then back to work. Thursday and Friday he didn't sleep at noon but each evening all week slept a couple hours. It's seems he's feeling some better by this weekend.

Despite not feeling the best,  he's consistent with walking/running each day. I've read its really important for body and brain health while on chemo and it helps to keep strength up, to not become so weak.

A big thing is to eat enough not to be losing weight. He has lost a couple of pounds.

Thank you for continued prayers for good health during this chemo time! We are thankful!
